Excellent service! He replaced our GFCI outlet in less than 10 minutes and had everything working properly again. Fast, professional, and efficient. I’ll definitely use Jireh Electric again for future electrical workPatrick and his brother truly went above and beyond to help us after the terrible storm on Friday. A huge tree limb caused significant damage to the electrical equipment outside our home, and they responded quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and worked incredibly hard to get everything repaired safely. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping us during a very stressful situation. We are so grateful for their kindness and excellent work. I would recommend them without hesitation!Great service and warranty including providing an estimate within 10 minutes while on site. Workers very friendly and efficient. What an amazing eletric company! We had called Mr. sparky at first and got quoted by a sales person but then we met Jireh and met a company who really cared about us. Their customer service was great and they answered a our question. Great work, and thankful they helped us get our generator going.Found Jireh Electric when looking for someone to wire in a backup generator for our home. I actually chose Jireh Electric over others, as they responded quickly via Thumbtack (an app you can find vendors through for jobs/tasks you need help with). They also offered free estimates! That was a huge incentive, as I feel charging for the estimate for it to be used toward service only if selected is a form of coercion. They were able to fit me into their schedule incredibly quickly, and they offer a really neat tracking feature to provide estimates for your tech's arrival. This was amazing as a 4 hour window can really leave you hanging, but with this, I was able to plan accordingly. They were professional, courteous, and made sure everything worked when the job was complete. They also communicate receipts/estimates/appts via email. I really appreciated this as my husband and I, as most people, are juggling a dozen different things while also trying to adult responsibly and prepare for winter. The only area of improvement I would suggest, is perhaps the techs who are servicing New Braunfels and driving in from West San Antonio, is to leave earlier. Both techs, the estimator and the one who completed the work, both left West SA after 8a for an 8a-12p appointment window. If not able to leave earlier, push the appointment time back to a more realistic eta, like 930a. Thumbtack customer service told me they don't allow reviews to be deleted so I'm updating instead - Thanks for making the situation right, we appreciate it.They were able to fix our outdoor outlet issue, we also had them install an outdoor patio light fixture. They did a good job, would recommend.Isreal responded immediately to my request and had completed the job the very next day with an hour commute! Can’t beat that!Every part of the work was great. They couldn't figure out why they were tripped and wanted to charge $450 to drop a new line since they couldn't find the GFI for it. I decided to call someone else and get a second estimate. So happy I did!! Not only did he locate the GFI within just a couple minutes of looking for it, he reset it and the outlets came back on. We thought all was good, but that night when we plugged in the Christmas lights they went out again. He came back out, replaced the GFCI, and waited around for a little bit to see if it tripped again. When it did he replaced something in the breaker box and it hasn't tripped again. I'm very happy with the service and attention we received to get this problem fixed and it cost me a lot less to fix it.Thank you so much Israel. Just greatThey were very responsive when I called. They worked quickly and even waited while I went to the store to pick up an additional smoke alarm that I had neglected to purchase. They were professional and easy to work with. My only complaint is that they did not ask what I wanted to do with the partially used 9 volt batteries in my old smoke alarms. They removed them from the old alarms, but they weren't in the box of trash with everything else.
